Challenge
Breaking into the movers industry wasn’t easy. It’s a crowded space dominated by established players like The Lorry. The existing website struggled to compete, with weak keyword targeting, low visibility in local search, and content that wasn’t structured for how people actually search today. To stand out, it wasn’t enough to just “do SEO”, the challenge was to understand real search intent and capture high-converting traffic across both traditional and AI-driven search.
Objective
The goal was to rebuild the website with a clear, conversion-first approach while implementing a full-spectrum SEO strategy. This included Technical SEO, GEO, and AEO focusing on structuring content around real user intent, optimizing for location-based searches, and making the site more visible not just on Google, but also across emerging AI search experiences.
