Challenge

The website had a foundation, but it wasn’t built to compete at a high level. In a crowded industry with strong players like The Lorry, the existing structure lacked clarity, direction, and search intent alignment. Keyword targeting was weak, visibility in local and answer-based search was limited, and the content wasn’t optimized for how modern search (including AI-driven results) works. It wasn’t just about redesigning visuals the real challenge was fixing how the site communicates and performs.

Objective

The goal was to redesign the website with a stronger, conversion-focused structure while aligning it with a full-stack SEO strategy. This included refining content based on real search intent, improving technical structure, and optimizing for GEO and AEO. The focus was to turn the website into a clearer, more structured platform that not only looks better but ranks better and converts more effectively.

Results

The redesigned website delivered a noticeable improvement in both visibility and performance. Local search presence increased, high-intent keywords ranked better, and the overall user experience became more focused and conversion-driven. As a result, the business started attracting more qualified traffic and generating higher-quality leads allowing it to compete more confidently with larger, established players.
